Was playing the server today at 3pm GMT. All i did was fly to timmeek and adam to give them vehicle parts. Then i flew back to our base and started to build my lvl 3 house. Tried to go online tonight and it says battleeye kick (Admin ban- pvp in a non pvp area) I have only ever killed one player and that was on salvation island about 10 days ago. I have a lvl 1 house, a lvl 2 house, Garage and currently building my lvl 3 house. I invested far to much time into the game on your server to throw it away on pvp. I know the rules and i defo have not pvp'd, You see me on daily and hannibal knows im trustworthy. Im assuming you tried to ban someone who left as the ban hammer was dropped with a similar name to me so hopefully this'll be sorted soon. See you back on there  |

After joining Teamspeak i found out its all a mistake. Gnatty tried to ban someone but the list did not auto refresh and i was the unfortunate victim of mistake identity  |

Darrell is right, he didn't deserve the ban, it was my screw up for not setting auto refresh

Try the other program. You will have to get the name of it from Hannibal. I think its like EBM or somethign like that. Its worked for me on that program with that linecrusherguy

still no update :-( this is over 24 hrs Darrell has been unable to log in , please at least postan update as to whats happening please.

Thanks for your efforts hannibal. Seems i am still banned though.
Quite upsetting the amount of time and effort i put in just to be banned by mistake.
I wouldn't mind so much if i had actually been running round killing people. Such is my luck, Always on the receiving end.
At least something could be learnt from this for future bans by your admins. Maybe just ban people for 7-8 days, legitimately banned players would give up trying and find somewhere else and mistakenly banned players could just wait it out without losing houses and vehicles.
Anyway, i really hope there is some way for you server host to sort it out cos i enjoy playin with you guys and would love to get back online.
