Absolutely NOT. As darrell said its a non pvp server id be really pissed if i got shot by a merc or hitman . Just because someone took a dislike to me . People would just say i killed you as it was a contract with no proof wether it was or wasnt . I'd go to another server if pvp or hits were authorised , i joined the server because its non-pvp.
