Got off for the night at about 2:30 AM Central time. Logged on and my groups MI-17 and Fully upgraded M1008 CUCV were both missing from our base in Martin. The only people allowed in these vehicles were Xerby, Squirmysyko, Solkre, and GK8000 and myself. If anyone sees either of these vehicles or has any information on the theft, please let me know.
Must of happened between 2 AM when i logged off and 12PM Central time when i got back on.

At 2AM I saw GK8000 land @ Martin. I'll keep an eye out for it. Do you know what kind of MI-17 it was? Chernarussian, Russian, or Takistani?

Were those abbreviated in the name of the heli. IF they were type them out and i might recall specifically which one. GK8000 Is our dedicated pilot so hes really the only person who would fly it the rest of us would be riding in the back or navigating.
Edit: Xerby says "Pretty sure it was "DR""
If it helps the Heli had a brown desert camo scheme. It spawned in Sevastopol' Square. Stowed in the gear was a pair of main rotor assembly and some assorted items.

Never make camps close to Martin. It's a densely populated area

Thats irrelevent, the rules of the server are NO stealing outside of PVP areas. Dosent matter if our camp was in a spawn town or out on a remote island nobody ever visits, no stealing means no stealing. There will be rulebreakers and they need to be banned, hence the reason for making this post. If you dont then its just going to be a ever growing issue.
If the admins are unwilling to put forth the effort to enforce the rules then why bother having them at all. Im very happy with how well inforced the PVP rules are, why cant they step up and deal with theift.

Theft is more difficult isn't it? I mean, there are limited vehicles on the server, but that doesn't make it any easier to track them down. Don't get me wrong neocat, I've had things stolen from me before and it does suck, but we've got to understand that the admins aren't always on and when they are on, I doubt that they will be able to find every last stolen vehicle.
I hope you don't take this as an attack towards you because that's definitely not what I want to do. I enjoy this server and I enjoy the people on it. I just think we've all got to be a little more patient.

Someone found an MI-17 in Sevastapol yesterday, you might be outta luck. Yeah i was on when that happened, it was just after i said something about my missing Mi-17 and it was an admin who was scrambling to snatch up the heli if im not mistaken. Honestly since no admin has even tried to ask me for any details or even post anything in this thread im done here guys. It was fun while it lasted, I enjoyed trading and playing with the hand full of nice people who came around, and thoroughly thank the ones that extended a helping hand. But if the admins are not gonna attempt to enforce the rules to prevent griefing than this is not the server for me.

how do you expect them to find your specific chopper? be realistic mate they are not individually serial coded so there aint nowt admins can do
my camp lost a praga, huey, mi-17 and a praga in 4 days in that order. sometime u just gotta suck it up an put up with it
if u log out you should expect your stuff to be gone when you log in. if its there then its a bonus.

Stealing has been an issue that we cannot manage all the time it is simply impossible to keep track of every vehicle

This is a vital piece of advice for all chopper owners. Do not park them on the ground were people can simply get it. Dissembling parts and shooting specific bits out doesn't help, they can still steal it, yes its going to take more time and effort but they can still steal it. And yes I understand the correlation between thieves being lazy, thats why they steal. Park it on top of a building were only another chopper can get to it, then log out. Yes they can still take your chopper and then your stranded on top, you just have to personally weigh out the pros and cons yourself. Note that when the restart comes around choppers will explode, while on top of some buildings. The international hotel is one and the pillars on the PVP bridge. Castle tops with no stairs is you best bet.
